Lohan vs. Sheen

"Why Charlie Sheen Keeps Winning and Lindsay Lohan Keeps Losing"

We agree with this article and the fact that Charlie Sheen's problems are more well known than Lindsay Lohan's because he promotes it as though he isn't doing anything wrong, and he talks about them as though they are a joke. While Sheen is gaining more fame from his problems, Lohan's are considered more serious, causing her carreer to fall drastically.

Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen is well recognized as a celebrity whose career is rapidly spiraling downward. Sheen, most known for starring in the show Two and a Half Men; has found himself the subject of recent reports of  alcohol and drug abuse, as well as marital problems and domestic violence, causing him to be fired from the show.
When talked to about his addictions, Sheen stated "I don't believe myself to be an addict. I really don't. I think that I just ignore or smash or finally dismiss a model that I think is rooted in vintage balderdash, you know? For lack of a better word."
“I don’t feel bad for him;” stated Sheila Janis, an avid viewer of Two and a Half Men,  “what he’s doing is self-inflicted.”
In Sheen’s interview from “20/20” on ‘being high on himself’ Sheen’s response was "I am on a drug, it's called Charlie Sheen. It's not available, 'cause if you try it once, you will die. Your face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body."
“I like his show, he is funny; but I can’t say whether I like or dislike him, because I believe everyone makes mistakes, and slip up once in a while,” Said Janis.
We asked people how they would feel if they were related to Charlie Sheen. The most common response was that they would feel compelled to try to help him in rehabilitation and give him the support he needs. They would not reject him.
